General Terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between x87 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("you", "the Player", "the User") who accesses, registers on, or uses the services available at x87.club. Account Registration
To access the full range of x87 services — including placing bets, participating in live casino games, and making deposits or withdrawals — you must first register a player account. Registration is free and open to eligible individuals aged 18 years or older who are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not expressly prohibited.

Players found to have registered multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — will have all duplicate accounts closed without notice. Any balances, bonus credits, or pending withdrawals associated with duplicate accounts are subject to forfeiture.
Upon registration, x87 may request documentation to verify your identity before processing any withdrawal. Acceptable documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driver's licence, combined with a recent utility bill, bank statement, or mobile financial services (MFS) statement confirming your registered address. KYC documentation must be submitted in clear, legible digital format.

Age Restriction & Eligibility
x87 operates a strict minimum age policy. Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on the x87 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). x87 does not accept or process transactions in any foreign currency. Deposits are credited to your x87 account balance immediately upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. x87 is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's own processing times or system maintenance. Withdrawals are processed subject to successful KYC verification. Withdrawal requests submitted to a verified account are typically processed within the timeframes outlined below. x87 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on any withdrawal request, which may extend processing times. x87 reserves the right to apply a maximum daily withdrawal limit of ৳200,000 per player. Players with consistently high withdrawal volumes may be required to undergo enhanced due diligence before requests are processed. x87 is committed to processing legitimate withdrawals promptly and without unnecessary delay.
- Withdrawals are only paid to the same method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible.
- x87 may request source-of-funds documentation on withdrawals above ৳50,000.
- Chargebacks or disputed transactions may result in account suspension pending investigation.
- Players must not use x87 accounts to process payments on behalf of third parties.
Bonuses & Promotions
x87 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion on the x87 platform. In the event of any conflict between a promotion-specific terms page and these general Terms & Conditions, the promotion-specific terms shall take precedence for that promotion only.
Bonus funds credited to a player's account are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated clearly on each promotion page. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus with a 30x wagering requirement means the player must place ৳30,000 in qualifying bets before the bonus balance becomes withdrawable.
Unless a promotion's specific terms state otherwise, the following standard bonus conditions apply across all x87 offers:
- Bonuses are available to one account per player, per household, per IP address, and per device.
- Bonus funds must be used within the validity period stated on the promotion page. Expired bonuses are forfeited automatically.
- x87 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
- x87 reserves the right to cancel a bonus and recover bonus winnings if there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: hedging bets, using multiple accounts, or exploiting technical errors.
- Wagering requirements must be completed using real-money bets or bonus-eligible games as specified on the promotion page. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements — slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino games and sports bets may contribute at a lower rate.
- Maximum bet sizes while using bonus funds may be restricted. Placing bets that exceed the permitted maximum while a bonus is active may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
- Bonuses denominated in BDT may only be withdrawn as BDT to a verified payment method in the player's own name.

User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct
By using the x87 platform, you agree to conduct yourself in accordance with these Terms, applicable law, and the principles of fair play. x87 maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward fraudulent activity, abusive behaviour, and any attempt to manipulate or exploit the platform's systems, games, or promotions.
As a registered player on x87, you expressly agree that you will not:
- Provide false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration, KYC verification, or any other interaction with x87.
- Register more than one account or allow any other person to use your account.
- Use the x87 platform for any purpose other than personal, recreational gambling entertainment.
- Use any automated software, bot, script, spider, AI-assisted betting tool, or other unauthorised program to interact with the x87 platform.
- Exploit software bugs, display errors, connectivity glitches, or technical vulnerabilities for financial gain. Any winnings derived from such exploitation are subject to forfeiture.
- Engage in money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime through the x87 platform.
- Use stolen, unauthorised, or fraudulent payment credentials to make deposits.
- Collude with other players in card games, live dealer games, or any other game format where collusion confers an unfair advantage.
- Threaten, harass, or abuse x87 staff or other players in any communication channel including live chat, email, or social media.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, scrape, or reproduce any part of the x87 platform, its games, or its underlying codebase.
- Place bets on behalf of another person without that person's knowledge and explicit consent.
x87 employs automated fraud detection and manual review processes to identify prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is detected or reasonably suspected, x87 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close the account, withhold any pending withdrawals, and recover any funds that were acquired through prohibited means. x87 may also report suspected criminal activity to relevant financial intelligence or law enforcement authorities.
No Automated Tools
Bots, scripts, automated betting software, and AI-assisted wagering tools are strictly prohibited on the x87 platform.
No Collusion
Players must not share hand information or coordinate strategies in live dealer or peer-to-peer game formats. Collusion is treated as fraud.
No Payment Fraud
Using stolen or unauthorised payment credentials is a criminal offence. x87 reports suspected payment fraud to relevant authorities.
Account Suspension & Closure
x87 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion. This right may be exercised with or without prior notice, depending on the severity and nature of the circumstances that give rise to the action. Where possible, x87 will attempt to notify the affected player of the reason for suspension or closure.
Grounds for account suspension include, but are not limited to:
- Suspected breach of these Terms & Conditions.
- Suspected fraudulent, criminal, or abusive activity.
- Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the timeframe requested.
- Suspicion that the account holder is under 18 years of age.
- Suspected or confirmed breach of a self-exclusion order.
- Ongoing or pending investigation by x87's fraud, security, or compliance teams.
- Court order, regulatory direction, or law enforcement request.
In the event of permanent account closure due to confirmed Terms violation, fraud, or criminal activity, x87 reserves the right to forfeit all account balances — including real-money balances, bonus funds, and pending withdrawals — without compensation. Where closure results from a player-initiated responsible gaming request (e.g., self-exclusion), x87 will process any remaining real-money balance (net of bonus funds) to the player's last verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
Players who wish to voluntarily close their x87 account for any reason may do so by contacting [email protected]. Voluntary closure requests are typically processed within 48 hours. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the player's verified payment method within 5 business days of account closure confirmation.
Self-Exclusion Requests

Account Closure Requests

Limitation of Liability
The x87 platform and all services, games, and betting markets provided thereon are made available on an "as is" and "as available" basis. x87 makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability of the platform, the accuracy of odds or game outcomes, or the suitability of any game for any particular player's purposes.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, x87, its directors, officers, employees, agents, partners, and game supply providers shall not be liable for any of the following losses, whether direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive:
- Loss of funds resulting from gambling outcomes — by their nature, games of chance involve risk of loss, and x87 is not liable for losses incurred through normal gameplay.
- Loss resulting from platform downtime, technical errors, or interruptions to game or betting market availability, provided that x87 makes reasonable efforts to restore service promptly.
- Loss resulting from a player's failure to comply with these Terms, including forfeiture of bonus funds or account closure.
- Loss resulting from unauthorised access to a player's account where the player has failed to maintain adequate password and account security.
- Loss of data, profits, revenue, goodwill, or anticipated savings arising from any cause connected with use of the x87 platform.
- Indirect or consequential losses arising from delays in withdrawal processing caused by payment provider systems.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit x87's liability for: (a) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation by x87; (b) death or personal injury caused by x87's negligence; or (c) any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.
x87 maintains a commitment to fair dealing and player protection. Where a technical error in a game or betting market results in a player being paid an incorrect amount — whether more or less than they were entitled to — x87 reserves the right to correct the account balance to reflect the accurate outcome. x87 will communicate any such corrections to the affected player promptly and transparently.
